The approach is simple to achieve a higher level of health and beauty. Start with a new way of perceiving its electric organ. Did you know that the frequencies are living in constant movement to and fro?

In 1905 Albert Einstein created his famous physics formula: Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared. What this tells us is that all matter is composed of different vibration light arrays or patterns. All matter (including you) is composed of pulsed light energy.

Therefore, more than 100 years since Einstein proposed his theory, the health industry does not get it. We still miss our body for connection of light (or energy). With all our medical progress still treat our bodies as if we are building dense material and the constant need of supplies of solid foods. (more…)

The sound of OM has a close relationship with the interior. Like a good song is touch the heart so that the sound of OM is touching the inner self. OM is a prayer or hymn of self-determination. This is called Mahamantra (great song). For an OM chanting should sit in a lotus posture (Padmasana) with eyes closed. It should inhale fully and then sing aloud OM, but little by little until exhalation is complete. Sound is equally out of the nose and mouth. While singing mind should be kept in sound and sight or thought just because it is a meditation on himself. After half an hour of singing feels the concentration of mind and joy of meditation. The vibration of Om activates all cells in the body. All cells dance to the music of OM. Through this body and the mind is purified. (more…)
